Tasting notes
Three cigars covering the whole Field line, the mild-to-medium 5.56 Connecticut Shade with cream, cedar, and white pepper, the everyday 7.62 Sumatra with leather, wood, and toasted marshmallow, and the medium-to-full .50 Cal Maduro with espresso, cocoa, and dried fruit. It runs the full range from an easy morning smoke to a bold after-dinner maduro, which makes it the cheapest way to find your lane before committing to a box. These are the matte-banded working cigars, plain and honest like a set of BDUs.
