Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account. The change takes effect on the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One button in your account portal, no phone call, no "are you sure" maze. FTC Click-to-Cancel compliant.
How does the Cigar of the Month work?
Each month we curate a single stick for Covert + Keystone operatives. Pick it up at the lounge or have it shipped (USPS with adult signature), you choose at signup.
What's the difference between Nomad and the lounge tiers?
Reserve / Covert / Keystone are in-lounge memberships, perks you redeem at the storefront. Nomad is a monthly mystery box (cigars + swag + accessories) that ships or stays at the lounge for pickup. Different products, same price band as Covert.
Do benefits stack with other promotions?
Member discounts apply to in-store and online product purchases. They don't stack on top of door-buster sales or already-discounted items.
Is the punch card transferable?
No. Keystone VIP punches are tied to your operative profile. Bring a friend and they can sign up too.
Do I have to live in Texas?
No. Reserve / Covert / Keystone make the most sense if you visit Orange, the perks are in-lounge. Nomad is built for off-site operatives anywhere we can legally ship.
