Lord Baltimore Cigars
Leatherneck
A value house cigar with a Marine name, built to be smoked and enjoyed.
$6.50
Leatherneck is one of the Castro Brothers house cigars in the Lord Baltimore family, and the name is a straight nod to the Marines. Lord Baltimore does not publish the full blend on this one, so we will not put numbers on it we cannot stand behind. What we can tell you is it is a value priced house stick meant to be smoked and enjoyed, not fussed over. Ask us in the shop and we will tell you how it is smoking that week.
- Factory
- Made in Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Hobson's Choice Sapphire is rolled by Perdomo in Nicaragua, and Red Witch is made at American Caribbean Tobacco S.A.
Tasting notes
Leatherneck is one of the Castro Brothers house sticks, and Lord Baltimore does not publish the full blend, so we speak to it from the chair rather than the spec sheet. As it smokes it lands in easygoing medium territory with the woody, earthy, lightly sweet notes you expect from an honest value cigar. It is built to be enjoyed on a work break or after a long day, not studied. Ask us in the shop and we will tell you how it is smoking that week.
