Alpha is the everyday cigar in the FRCC lineup, with more backbone than the usual daily smoke. It runs a Cuban seed Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler for a medium body built on cedar, toasted tobacco, roasted coffee, light pepper, and a little natural sweetness. It carries enough flavor to keep a seasoned smoker interested without turning into a punch to the mouth. Good pick when you want more than a mild Connecticut but not a full bodied heavy hitter.
