The Founders Variety is the easy way to meet the whole lineup, with one each of the Hamilton Candela, Franklin Connecticut, Signature Dual Wrap, Douglass Habano, and Roosevelt Maduro. You get the green candela, the smooth Connecticut, the barber pole, the Habano with some fight, and the dark Maduro in one pack. Founders does not publicly name a factory for the core line, so the core blends are stated only as Dominican Republic made. Trade chatter tying the line to Casa Cuevas or the Hamilton Candela to MJ Frias could not be verified and is not claimed here.
Tasting notes
One each of the five core blends, so a single pack spans the whole flavor range. You get the fresh, herbal Hamilton Candela, the creamy Franklin Connecticut, the balanced Signature Dual Wrap barber pole, the peppery Douglass Habano, and the dark, chocolatey Roosevelt Maduro. Flavors run from grass, cream, and nuts on the light end to chocolate, coffee, pepper, and leather on the dark end. It is the easiest way to find your favorite in the lineup.
